Working Procedure:
- The buyer submits an official request along with the proposed purchase price.
- A proforma invoice is issued, and a formal contract is established.
- The buyer transfers the total payment to the manufacturer’s company account, which can be made in US dollars, UAE dirhams, or Chinese yuan.
As the cargo is already prepared, delivery to the buyer is expedited.
Payment Procedure
The Buyer shall remit 100% of the Seller’s final invoice value in USD or other negotiable currencies, via telegraphic transfer to a bank account nominated by the Seller.
The Seller will designate a non-Iranian trustee company, under whose name all official documents will be issued. The payment shall be deposited directly into the trustee company’s account to ensure a smooth and compliant transaction process.
